These Terms govern use of RQS Studio, operated by RaQuel Synths / RQS Studio. The product is currently offered as a Public Beta with no active commercial subscription.
RQS Studio is a MusicTech platform combining audio processing, setlist preparation and distribution/redirection link workflows. Available modules and features may change during Public Beta.
By accessing or using RQS Studio, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your session and using authentication methods in an authorized manner. Where external login is available, authentication may be handled through compatible providers and the Studio authentication infrastructure; RQS Studio does not need to receive your external-account password for that flow.
If applicable law requires authorization from a parent or guardian for you to use the service, that authorization must exist before use.
By submitting content to RQS Studio, you represent that you own or have obtained the rights, licenses, authorizations and permissions necessary to submit, process and use that content through the platform. This may include original or licensed content, AI-generated or AI-assisted content, stems, recordings, mixes and related files.
RQS Studio does not acquire ownership of your music. To operate the service, you grant only a limited and temporary technical authorization necessary for upload, temporary storage, processing, generation of output files, download delivery and other operations strictly required to perform the requested workflow. This is not a broad license for RQS Studio to commercially exploit your music.
These Terms do not determine who legally owns copyright or other rights in AI-generated or AI-assisted content; that question depends on the content, tools used and applicable law.
Processing may use ephemeral local storage during a job and cloud object storage. Local temporary files may exist while a technical job runs and are removed when the relevant workflow permits.
Audio files temporarily stored in object storage are configured for automatic expiration approximately 24 hours after upload under applicable lifecycle policies. Effective removal may occur later depending on the infrastructure provider's processing. RQS Studio should not be used as a permanent storage or backup service.
Provides automated audio analysis and processing. Results depend on the source file, selected parameters and inherent limits of digital signal processing. RQS Studio does not guarantee an artistic or commercial outcome, a specific loudness value, streaming-platform approval or a subjective improvement in the music.
The Setlist Engine assists with track organization, transition settings and continuous-session rendering. It is an assistive tool and does not guarantee artistic performance, a perfect mix, universal compatibility or commercial success.
RQS Uplink receives public URLs supplied by users and may generate redirect/deep links intended to make it easier to open content in external music and media services. It does not require you to provide RQS Studio with passwords for destination platforms.
App opening, playback, authentication and availability depend on the device, browser and external service. Third parties may change URLs, APIs, policies or deep-link behavior, or block redirections. RQS Studio does not guarantee continuous availability of these indirect integrations and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Bandcamp unless expressly stated otherwise.
RQS Studio is currently offered as a Public Beta. During this stage, features, modules, interfaces, usage limits and availability may change; bugs may occur; and operational data or outputs should not be treated as permanent storage.
Certain features may be subject to usage limits or quotas shown inside the application. Limits may be adjusted prospectively during Public Beta for security, capacity, abuse prevention or product evolution.
You must not use RQS Studio to:
Parts of the service depend on cloud, authentication, hosting, communications and external-platform providers. External services may also be governed by their own terms and policies, and changes by those providers may affect RQS Studio features.
RQS Studio software, visual identity, documentation, marks, interfaces and other proprietary elements remain protected by applicable rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those elements and grant only the limited permission required to use the service as provided.
We may correct, update, replace, suspend or discontinue features when needed for technical, security, operational or product reasons. Where a significant change materially affects use of the service, we will seek to communicate it appropriately.
RQS Studio has no active commercial subscription at this stage. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. If activated, pricing, billing period, renewal, cancellation, applicable limits and other commercial terms will be presented before purchase.
Access may be limited or suspended in response to abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, legal requirements or material technical needs. Where reasonable, the measure will be proportionate to the issue identified.
RQS Studio provides technical and assistive tools. Audio processing and automated outputs depend on the material supplied and do not replace the user's artistic, technical or legal judgment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RQS Studio is not responsible for indirect losses or commercial outcomes arising solely from artistic expectations, third-party unavailability or use of the service contrary to these Terms. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the product, infrastructure, law or operation. The update date will be shown on this page.
These Terms are interpreted under laws applicable to the service and its users, including Brazilian law where relevant, without excluding mandatory rights that may apply in other jurisdictions.
