By processing audio files in our workstation, you agree that you own the legal copyrights of the original or AI-generated phonograms (such as Suno 5.5). RQS does not claim any ownership rights over your music.
To enable high-speed mastering of heavy WAV files, all audio buffers are processed strictly in the secure ephemeral /tmp directory and our Amazon S3 bucket in São Paulo (sa-east-1).
All your uploads and mastered tracks are permanently deleted from our servers after 24 hours.
RQS Studio may provide several operational modules, including RQS DSP CORE, RQS SETLIST ENGINE, and RQS UPLINK ENGINE.
RQS DSP CORE performs automated audio analysis and processing. Results depend on the characteristics of the source file, the parameters selected by the user, and the technical limitations inherent to digital signal processing.
RQS SETLIST ENGINE assists users in organizing, sequencing, and preparing tracks and setlists. Its recommendations and outputs are assistive in nature and do not guarantee any specific artistic, commercial, or technical outcome.
RQS UPLINK ENGINE is a deep-link generation and redirection tool for third-party music and media services such as Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube.
Users voluntarily provide a public URL for a track or other content, and the system generates a redirect link designed to facilitate opening that content in the corresponding official application, when technically supported by the device, browser, and destination platform.
RQS UPLINK ENGINE does not require users to provide RaQuel Synths with account credentials, passwords, or authentication data for destination platforms. App availability, content playback, and any authentication requirements remain subject to the operation and policies of the corresponding third-party platform.
